Our founder has been practicing meditation and yoga since the 1970's, reading"Be here now" (Ram Dass). and on a healthy-eating journey. Combining years of chiropractic, teaching, nutrition, counseling,  homeopathy, exercise science, coaching sports and life experience, her journey has led to Yoga Instruction.
