Meditation.

It sounds easy like a taking a nap. Lay there, breathe and relax. Svasana. Lying down after yoga. Close your eyes, roll them to the back of your mind and envision your dreams. Inhale your non-thoughts, exhale through slightly parted lips without thinking. I ring the Tibetan bowl reverberate sounds like heaven in my heart and it lets me focus, relieve stress, anxiety and return after meditation of leaving the earth for some time.

And, who isn’t wandering now? Wait, who is talking in my head while I’m meditating? It is another deeper voice, whispering your inner thoughts, staying UN-plugged enough to manifest yourself into heaven and earth 🌍 and healing blessings for your life! I find grateful moments in the non-thoughts of my heart ❀️ with so much joy from God or a higher maybe lower or parallel universe. Thank yourself for the minutes of silence and grace that no one else has enough of giving you more to give others. Thanks πŸ™ Namaste.
