What’s your intention for 2024? It’s 123123 12/31/23 and we will never see those profound numbers again. My intention and word for 24 is PROFOUND. It has been a proud year watching my kids grow into professionals, effective and wonderful adults. I was married in February and it was profound for two widows to meet and love each other so much to make a spiritual commitment, even “at this age”. We have “bonus” or step children and I have step-grandkids that are like my own while praying for my own as God wills it!

I am grateful to teach and practice yoga every day. It’s always beneficial and I wish you this meditative and profound practice and beyond. Whatever you choose l, and Sam, my hubby forever, wish you love and peace. We pray for peace in the world and for you. It is ok to just be ok, be better not bitter, find your authentic calling and maybe even a special word for your Happy New Year 2024. Namaste!
