What’s your intention for 2025?

My intention and word for 2025 is PROFOUND. It has been a proud year watching my kids grow into professionals, effective and wonderful adults. I had a grandchild and one on the way! I was married in 2023 and will celebrate 2 years already! So it was profound for two widows to meet and love each other so much to make a spiritual commitment, even “at this age”. We have “bonus” or step children and I have step-grandkids that are like my own while grateful for the new grandkids!

I am grateful to teach and practice yoga every day. It’s always beneficial and I wish you this meditative and profound practice and beyond. Whatever you choose l, and Sam, my hubby forever, wish you love and peace. We pray for peace in the world and for you. It is ok to just be ok, be better not bitter, find your authentic calling and maybe even a special word for your Happy New Year 2025. Namaste!
