Hi friends! I hope you are enjoying outside and nature with Spring in the air! Get ready for summer or forever with an early alarm and yoga every day! Walking gets you out and about also…let me know if you need yoga lessons!

Wake up early. Do samadhi contemplation ohmically when waking up and go on your mat 20 minutes or walk.

Inhale and exhaling thru the nose helps to relieve stress, focus on physical not emotional and detox the body while sweating and prana breathing. Our mind can overcome the pain and sickness by breathing in colorful, positive light to the cells. Mind over matter and energy is neither added or taken Away. Energy is kinetically redistributed to where the blood and oxygen take it as needed. We can think positive and say positive thoughts to let the body know it will be healthier. Negative comments and thoughts, people, non-exercise or excessive stress absolutely enables the cells and chemistry to go awry creating autoimmune diseases, attack rather than cure the body of sickness. Upon exhale, you let go of thoughts and inhale momentous focus where it is needed. It is powerful to be in the now, mindful of current thoughts and mindfulship is the best form of healing and happiness.
