Restart. Reset. Refocus

Are you stuck on the past or just angry at times? For your own health and positive energy be present and grateful in the now! AI & technology is moving at light speed so slow down! Here’s how.

🙏🫶☮️

* Take care of yourself with regular exercise, walks daily, healthy food, and relaxation techniques like meditation

* Set appropriate expectations and remember that slip ups will happen

* Rely on discipline to keep you going, rather than motivation

* Build habits and routines, and make progress a non-negotiable part of your daily life.

* Wake up earlier and start your day with stretches or yoga. 🧘🏽‍♀️

* Meditation is proven to heal your mind and body and spirit. Use visualization to create your life

Restart, reset, and refocus can be a process of getting back on track, changing your mindset, and making progress one day at a time

* Reset

Take a moment to acknowledge where you are, without judgment. You can also try to wipe the slate clean and prepare to make changes.

* Restart

Accept where you are and decide to move forward. You can try to act instead of react, such as by going to bed and waking up at a consistent time, earlier than you need. You can also try breaking down larger goals into smaller tasks. Organize one space at a time, one healthy meal cooked at home, or even your legal papers.

* Refocus

Understand that the journey ahead may not be quick, and take time to check in with yourself often. You can try scheduling your day into 90-minute work sessions with 10-minute breaks. You can also try to use your past experiences as learning opportunities, rather than holding on to mistakes.

Namaste 🙏

Wellness 2020! FOCUS ON YOU

I don’t have JUST one word for the new year, as many ask what’s your word to que you to focus on what you want. I have many words especially for this decade of double 20s: integrate, liberate, empower, wellness, money goals, abundance, blessed, grateful, vision and strategize. Send me a comment or email with your best inspiration and opt-in to life. If you need a que, start a gratitude diary and write in it as soon as you wake up with at least 5 things you’re grateful for. I believe it comes from the happiness within for your own motivation and inspiration.

What’s your “word” for the Roaring 20s? Focus. Choice. Challenge. Acceptance. Practice. Peace. Meditate. Jump! Just do it and remember that it takes failure to find success. Fear only stops you from trying while you need to listen to your inner voice! If the people doubting you had ever tried what you are trying, they wouldn’t be critical! The cheap seats have opinions but you are aiming for the private box! . You can choose your dreams and which ones if not all can or should be accomplished. What’s stopping you? Keep on moving forward. I use this especially when I’m teaching yoga, helping others to live their best lives and help others. Remember that your thoughts are reality. Dig deep and discover your self esteem as I know you will find bravery and Confidence to live your dreams. Dream bigger?
I know you can.
